The Media & Communications Division, upon the formal request of City Departments or the City
Manager’s Office, produces short-form video content for the purposes of promoting City events,
special occasions, notable grand openings, and ribbon cuttings. The Media & Communications Division
is responsible for the capture and/or curation of footage, creation of graphics, scripting, and other
elements of production (soundtrack, sound effects, voiceovers, etc).
